Dining at Top of the Hill
Students of the Culinary program offer unique and delicious food for students, staff, and community members.
The Top of the Hill is Nicolet's student-run dining room that operates during the Spring Semester. On Mondays and Wednesdays, Food Practicum students serve cafe style lunches featuring a fresh salad bar, daily soups, lunch specials, beverages, and desserts. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Restaurant Practicum students host themed cuisine buffets featuring all-you-can-eat International and National Cuisines. New this semester, students will serve dinner 5 – 6:15 pm on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
Reservations are highly recommended by calling 715.365.4466, Monday - Thursday,
8 - 11 am. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Prices vary and range from $2 (cup of soup) to approximately $8 (steak sandwich)
