Work Study Video Script

Hi, I'm Tara.

Wouldn't it be great to have a paying job that's flexible, works around your schedule, and is right here on campus?

Then look into work study.

To get a work study position, you need to be eligible under financial aid.

So start by filling out the FAFSA application at FAFSA.gov.

Typically, if you qualify for financial aid, you'll be able to apply for a work study job.

Most work study jobs are 8 to 10 hours a week.

The financial aid office has a list of open jobs, or if you want to work in a specific area, you can contact the department directly.

The jobs can look great on a resume, and many give you practical work experience in your field.
