The Top of the Hill Schedule/ Spring 2018 Reservation Policy
Reservations for the Top of the Hill can be made by calling 715-365-4466 on Tuesdays
or Thursdays while we are in class (8:00am-2:00pm). Students will be taking reservations
again this year at this phone number to enhance their learning opportunities. We will
answer the phone as much as we can during this class and we do apologize if we miss
your call. The college will be closed March 26-30 for Spring Break so we will not
be taking reservation calls during that week. Reservations can be made for 15 minute
time slots between 11:00 A.M. and 12:15 P.M for lunch.
Because we would like to allow many of our community members to be able to dine at
The Top of the Hill, we are limiting reservations to three per party until the second
week of service. At that time we will allow customers to make additional reservations.
If you are unable to make your reservation or the number in your party has changed,
please make every effort to let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This will allow
us to make changes and fill reservations that would otherwise go un-used.
Tuesday/Thursday dates will be served by Restaurant Practicum students. Themed a la
carte menus will be served in this class. These menus are planned and served by the
students. Fresh ingredients and a variety of foods to fit the theme of the day are
served. Keep in mind that this service may take a while to prepare to order, so allow
plenty of time to relax and enjoy your meal.
Students are also operating the “Top of the Hill To-Go” window so you can also take
items home with you. This is operated between 8:30am-12:30pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Menu items feature specialty coffees, pastries, sandwiches, soups, fresh fruit and
more! Students will also be cooking burgers to order. You can call in your order ahead
if you wish, or stop in the Northwoods Center while the students cook your order.
Thank you for your support of our students! Without customers, it would be hard for
our students to learn in our hands-on laboratory classes at The Top of The Hill restaurant.
