Purpose and Scope:
To ensure the secure maintenance and accessibility of student educational records, establish requirements for updating personal information, and provide guidance for obtaining enrollment, degree, GED, and HSED verifications through authorized verification services.
Procedure:
All educational records of Nicolet students are maintained and housed by the Registrar’s Office for a minimum of three years. Any change of name, address, or other personal information must be reported to the Registrar’s Office.
Nicolet College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at:
