Nicolet College values education as a lifelong process and provides tuition reimbursement to support employees in the pursuit of associate, undergraduate, and graduate degrees that align with institutional priorities and development within their field.
Regular full-time employees with satisfactory job performance and at least one (1) year of continuous employment are eligible to participate in the Tuition Reimbursement program for degree programs completed for academic credit through nationally or regionally accredited colleges or universities.
Funding for tuition reimbursement is established annually through the College's budget process and is subject to availability. Participation in the program is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable procedures.
