Purpose:
The Nicolet College policy on admissions outlines the college’s commitment to college access for all students who may benefit from instruction offered by the college, in line with BP 4.02 Anti-Harassment and Nondiscrimination and Wisconsin Technical College System policies and procedures. The policy outlines basic requirements for individuals to become post-secondary students based on their ability level and background.
Policy:
Admission to Nicolet College is open to individuals who feel they can benefit from the instruction offered. Any student seeking to enroll in post-secondary coursework must complete an application for admission to the College and specify their academic goal (take a class or enroll in a program) and would follow steps to apply as an undeclared or declared program student (see PR 2.03.01). For those seeking to enroll in a program, a program is specified at the point of application. For applicants meeting admissions requirements, applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
