Our Seasons are changing and with that change comes added stress to our bodies. Join Physical Therapists, Kurt Klemm and Dr. Erin Nelson as they discuss and demonstrate how to prevent injury during tasks like raking leaves and shoveling snow. They will also provide exercises that you can do at home to maintain and improve strength and mobility.
