Enjoy the Dr. Richard Nelson Recreation Trails
The Nicolet College campus in Rhinelander is pleased to offer two recreation trails made possible by the Nicolet College Foundation. The trails range from "easy" to "moderate" in difficulty level. The trails are all-season, all-purpose except for motorized vehicles and horse riding. Cyclists must yield to walkers and pets must be leashed and cleaned up after.
If you have safety concerns while using the trails, please contact Campus Security at 715-365-4420 or in the case of an emergency call 911.
Remember We're a Tobacco-Free Campus
Thank you for not using tobacco, smoking, and vaping (e-cigarettes) on campus. This includes all structures, buildings, grounds, sidewalks, roads, pathways, parking lots, and all Nicolet College owned and leased vehicles.
Please Help Keep Our Facilities Safe and Clean
Nicolet College's Facilities Department maintains campus buildings and ground to create a comfortable learning environment that promotes lifelong learning. When property, College or personal, is discovered or damaged, contact the Facilities Department at 715-365-4419.
Know What to Do in an Emergency
In the event of an emergency, call 911 immediately. An emergency situation can be defined as any event that may pose a significant threat to the life, safety, or health of students and/or employees. After contacting authorities, call or contact any College employee. Then, if the situation allows, call the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Students should follow the directions of College staff and emergency services personnel during an emergency.
