Work in the Beautiful Northwoods
Take a virtual tour of Nicolet to better understand our educational offerings and get a feel for our campus located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.
There are eight academic buildings nestled among 280 acres of natural forest along the shores of beautiful Lake Julia. You’ll be able to enjoy this beauty on a daily basis; walking among the fall leaves, watching the snow gently fall outside your window, catching lunch with co-workers by the lake. It all adds to the experience of being part of the Nicolet College community.
Most Promising Places to Work
The National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD) and Diverse: Issues in Higher Education (Diverse) selected Nicolet College as one of the 2023 Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges (MPPWCC) award winners. Focusing on workplace diversity, staffing practices, and work environment, the research team uses a web-based survey approach to examine categories such as family friendliness, salary/benefits, and professional development opportunities to determine the list.
