Due to legislation updates to the Affordable Care Act (ACA), President Biden signed the Paperwork Burden Reduction Act which no longer requires Nicolet College to mail Form 1095-C to employees and/or retirees.  Please note that this form remains to be available to you by request.  Employees who request a Form 1095-C will receive the document within 30 days of their request.  Submit your request to HR@nicoletcollege.edu or via mail to Nicolet College, Attn-HR, PO Box 518 Rhinelander, WI 54501.
