Learn how fermented foods can play a beautiful role in supporting your inner ecology with biologist, herbalist, and natural health advocate Aimee Heavey. Learn the basics of lactic acid fermentation, including Safety 101. Sample homemade pickled food, gain recipes for success, and practice making your own.
