Attend this Veterans-specific, introductory workshop to experience welding first-hand. Work in Nicolet College’s manufacturing center on cutting-edge equipment used in industry and taught by experienced technical college instructors. This course combines hands-on training with welding techniques, related tools, and safety. Learn basic welding and oxyacetylene setup as well as welding with electric arc welders. Each class will focus on a core welding technique, and practice time will be available. Course is limited to 10 students and attendance is required at all three sessions.
