Connect, Create and Explore with Nicolet College: Announcing Spring/Summer 2025 Arts & Enrichment Line Up
Nicolet College announces the release of its latest Arts & Enrichment courses and programming offering a wide range of opportunities for community members to connect with each other. This season is brimming with classes and events designed to inspire, educate, and bring people together.
From astronomy, fishing and gardening to mosaics, ceramics and dance, the classes offer something for everyone. The Outdoor Adventure series invites participants to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Northwoods through various outdoor activities. Highlights include the return of the Musky Seminar, kayaking on Lake Julia, a photography hike on college trails, a Sunday brunch drawing event in the art lab and a transformative summer solstice yoga experience on the expansive college field.
Step into the art gallery at the Northwoods Center, where you’ll witness excellence from the college’s art labs in the annual student show. Then, dive into the 38th Annual Northern National Art Competition, which allows locals to compete on a national stage to deliver an ambitious, wide ranging exhibit.
Nicolet Live! brings musicians, authors, films and theater productions to the world-class stage that enrich the community through arts and culture. The spring theater production will be Reduced Shakespeare Company’s “All the Great Books (Abridged),” a roller-coaster ride through a compact compendium of the world’s great books.
A new season of Learning in Retirement classes are also planned, which celebrate lifelong learning courses and activities created by and for retirees and older community members.
