Scenic trails, lakes and rivers throughout the Northwoods will soon take center stage in Nicolet College’s Outdoor Adventure program as the series prepares to kick off its 25th anniversary season.
From May through October the program will feature more than 30 different offerings, said Terry Rutlin

A delectable dish created by Nicolet College Culinary Arts student Maja Holcomb recently earned her top honors as her recipe was selected as the best in the national Veal – Discover Delicious Collegiate Veal Recipe Competition.

The students in the Catering class took on the endeavor as their final project of the Fall Term, delivering meals to both Fredrick Place, a transitional living home
The Nicolet College Foundation will kick off its biggest scholarship fundraising event of the year Thursday, Oct. 8, when A Day for Nicolet gets underway throughout the Northwoods.
“Every dollar contributed during A Day for Nicolet goes directly to help students,” said Nicolet College Foundation
In order to keep members safe yet still engaged with LIR, just about all presentations this fall will be held online in the virtual world. In all, there will be 21 different presentations Sept. 16 through Dec. 16.
