Our Graduates Are The Heroes of This Pandemic

While much of our country has shut down due to COVID-19, essential workers and businesses have stepped up to support and provide the services we need to survive; they have continued their vital role in our society and have become the heroes of this pandemic.

To us, these heroes look a lot like our students. In fact, many of them were.

Our graduates go on to become nurses, medical assistants, EMTs, public safety officers, food service workers, business managers, maintenance workers, accountants, administrative professionals, manufacturers, welders, childcare providers, information technology support, and more. 

It’s no surprise to us that they are the people we need in our current situation. They’re hard workers. They’re prepared by experience and hands-on learning. They have skills others don’t. They’re ready to get the job done.  

This is the value of a technical college education. These careers not only support individuals, but also our entire economy. We’re witnessing the proof of this as our graduates continue the essential work they were trained for.

We are so proud of them. And we can’t thank them enough. We encourage you to do the same.
