Join us for a fun night of charcuterie in the Northwoods Center! This class will give an introduction to a few cheeses, cutting styles, meat organization, and more. If you made a charcuterie board with us in November, feel free to bring it to use. Otherwise we will provide a board for you. Limited space available.
