The Working as One Series aims to convene stakeholders from across the Wisconsin Technical College System in order to:

• Examine data and explore gaps in student success for underrepresented populations
• Learn best practices in holistic student support from state and national leaders
• Contribute to a system-wide culture of inclusion by networking across silos
• Cross-train in topics related to serving underrepresented populations with intersectional identities

By focusing on these goals, we aim to increase the capacity for each attendee to serve each student and staff member holistically.
