Welcome the return of the light on the darkest day of the year in the Northwoods Community Garden. Wisconsin winters give us good reason to find warmth and light by gathering together and braving the cold. The highlight of the event is the traditional solstice fire. This year’s sculpture willbe created by the Over It group – a youth-led organization focused on  creating youth development spaces in the Northwoods that nourish the physical and mental health of future generations. Sip hot beverages while watching the fire, caroling, and participating in other solstice traditions. This event is hosted in partnership with the Northwoods Community Garden.
